About The Position

We are currently seeking a Title Company Receptionist to join our team. This position is located at: 1002 River Rd Ste 400, Boerne, TX 78006. The Title Company Receptionist will be an advocate, by greeting and directing all entries into the title company.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Less than one year of previous job related work experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, by phone and by email
Self-motivated with strong organization skills
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers

Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls
Greeting and assisting customers
Must be willing to commute daily to: 1002 River Rd Ste 400, Boerne, TX 78006
Assisting title staff with Order Entry, receipting of Earnest Money Contracts and client follow up
Handle mail distribution for Preserve Title
All other duties as assigned (note: essential functions and responsibilities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice)
