About The Position

Part-Time Title Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Biller/Title Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately processing retail deals for multiple locations and plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with state regulations while supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail. While we are willing to train the right individual, prior experience is preferred. Compensation ranges from $18–$20 per hour , based on experience and performance. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Thursday 4:00PM - 7:30PM, Saturdays 8:30AM - 5PM This is an on-site position located in South Glens Falls, NY . Requirements

  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Solid computer proficiency and experience working with multiple software systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in automotive titling, DMV processing, or dealership office administration preferred
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS), such as Automate, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation submitted by the sales department
  • Maintain strict compliance with dealership policies and state regulations
  • Submit title work retail, and lease transactions, NYS & out of state
  • File and maintain titles, and lien releases
  • Provide clerical support to accounting and sales departments when needed
