Requirements

• Dealership experience with automotive titles (required)
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills
• Comfortable using computers
• Ability to multitask and keep pace in a high‑volume environment
• Self‑starter who works well independently and collaboratively
• Flexible, professional, and reliable with a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Tekion experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process and submit new and used vehicle titles and registrations with the DMV
• Pay and post WebDealer ACH transactions for title and license TTL fees
• Review title and funding schedules on a weekly basis
• Submit white slips for payment of drafts
• Ensure compliance with all state title regulations, fees, and deadlines
• Maintain accurate, organized records while managing multiple priorities
