Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent Communication and customer service skills
  • Strong Computer, 10-key and phone skills
  • Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive Accounting experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Open & accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures
  • Verify all documents are signed & completed properly
  • Maintain a high level of customer confidentiality
  • Process paperwork on a timely basis
  • Prepare & submit all legal transfer documents to the state department of motor vehicles (DMV)
  • Prepare tax & title documents
  • Maintain value, quality, and integrity
  • Report to work within acceptable time frames and company standards.
  • Maintain appropriate degree of professionalism towards customers and coworkers.
  • Be ready and willing to perform additional tasks or duties as needed or requested by management.
