Andy Mohr dealerships are stocked with large inventories that are priced very competitively. The Andy Mohr Automotive group employs more than 1,000 employees throughout central Indiana and the employees are value-oriented. They are honest and straightforward and get customers in and out efficiently. Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a task-oriented, motivated, Title Clerk in our Accounting Department. The Title Clerk processes all new and used vehicle titles, verifying all information and necessary paperwork. Transmits transactions and ensures the proper completion of related documentation to the outside titling company.
Requirements
- Preference given to those with experience with dealership or auction title processing
- Preferred experience in a busy working environment
- Strong attention to detail & effective communication a must for success
- Team-oriented and comfortable in an open office
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
Responsibilities
- Submit all titles for processing.
- Preform a monthly inventory of all required titles.
- Perform basic and routine posting functions in the accounting system for title fees.
- Complete specific tasks assigned by manager.
- Reviewing paperwork for compliance
- Other special projects or duties requested by Controller or General Manager.
