The Title Clerk will be responsible for managing titles, registrations and renewals for all vehicles in the fleet and ensuring that all vehicle information is correctly updated in the CARS+ system. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Input all new vehicle units into the CARS+ system. Manage transfers of all vehicles from one location to another. Process check in sheets for new vehicles. Process title and registration for all new units and sent plates to appropriate vendor. File titles and update title information with accuracy. Process title transfers for sales vehicles and ensure appropriate title fees are paid. Ensure any title renewals for vehicles are process and tracked with accuracy. Process shipping of titles, registrations and plates to appropriate locations. Maintain a neat and organized work area. Perform other tasks as assigned.
