What will you be doing? Prepare and process retail, lease, dealer trade, wholesale, and out‑of‑state tag and title documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with titling requirements. Process titling documents through the electronic vehicle registration (EVR) system or through DMV offices, based on state requirements. Post all titling transactions and monitor all related schedules for accuracy and timeliness. Prepare checks as needed for title work and customer refunds. Maintain daily deal tracking and daily title issue tracking, resolving discrepancies promptly. Review and process all transactions within the workflow system, including responding to incoming communications such as email. Validate accounting and non‑accounting transactions to ensure accurate and timely posting. Electronically file all documents that require scanning or uploading according to departmental procedures. Post all necessary transactions, including banking items, journal vouchers, and check requests, according to team responsibilities. Compile required documents, reconciliations, and reports to support team operations. Provide backup coverage to similar or related functions within the department. Contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment and perform other duties or special projects as assigned. What are we looking for? 2+ years of experience office experience required. Experience with dealership titling, registration processes, or automotive documentation is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
