About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Title Clerk to support a high‑volume automotive title processing department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. You will work closely with a team of title specialists to process titles for vehicles sold online, with little to no phone work involved.

Responsibilities

  • Process and organize approximately 2,500 vehicle titles per day as part of a team.
  • Match titles to bills of sale and place them into alphabetical sorters by dealer name.
  • Alphabetize and prepare titles for data entry.
  • Once trained, receive titles into the internal system.
  • Stamp and assign titles as required.
  • Package and ship completed title work.
