About The Position

You spend your day ensuring every detail is accurate and every process runs smoothly. From processing tag and title paperwork for both in-state and out-of-state deals to checking in titles and reconciling schedules, you keep everything organized and compliant. You verify title work before sending it out, maintain lists of missing titles, and respond promptly to lienholder requests. You also process payoffs for trade vehicles and keep customers updated on their tag status. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks make you the go-to person for keeping the title process efficient and stress-free. • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable with learning new software and processes
