The successful applicant must have demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software and preferably Adobe Acrobat. The applicant should have an existing ability to utilize software and word processing and peripheral equipment to edit, store, revise, convert, and print reports, manuscripts, journal/publications, spreadsheets, forms, correspondence, and other materials. Assignments will include using primarily MS Word for formatting and generating complex, technically oriented documents using specified templates, styles, graphics, tables, formulas, equations, and/or databases. The position requires good problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to successfully interact with multiple staff members that support multiple projects. Some clerical tasks are also required for the position.
