The Senior Title and Leasing Specialist provides advanced technical support to the Maricopa County Real Estate Department (RED) – Infrastructure Property Management Division. This position is responsible for researching, interpreting, and managing complex property records to determine land rights and ownership interests. Work includes reviewing plans, deeds, leases, easements, agreements, patents, contracts, and other real estate documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with County and District requirements. The incumbent also administers the leasing, licensing, permitting, and management of County and Flood Control District real property, ensuring proper utilization and protection of public assets. Additional duties include conducting land rights research in support of property acquisition, management, and disposition activities for various County and District projects.
