The position requires providing expert member service, making recommendations using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge, explaining warranties, and ensuring members receive value. The advisor drives sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings and triaging/prioritizing service workflow in TBC service bays to maximize efficiency. The role also involves demonstrating knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and using technology like digital tools and handheld devices to enhance operations and engagement. The advisor serves as a brand advocate, valuing the member's experience, modeling high-quality service, and developing/influencing team members through training. They complete vehicle service requests, operate TBC equipment safely, manage merchandise and supplies, and handle cash register operations, member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, empathy, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, while also contributing to team collaboration and continuous improvement.
