The position drives sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings and triaging/prioritizing service workflow in TBC service bays to maximize efficiency. It requires knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and Point-of-Sale systems. The advisor leverages technology for operations and engagement, acts as a brand advocate, develops and influences team members, and assists in training. They also complete vehicle service requests, operate TBC equipment safely, handle merchandise, and process member purchases, returns, and exchanges while complying with company policies and ethical standards.
