The Primary Responsibilities include: Provides support to the Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System Monitors bi-weekly timecard submission and communicates status to command leadership and timecard approvers Assists in gathering data from multiple sources to complete the monthly Quality Statement. Maintains support agreement library via command SharePoint and pertaining documentation Coordinates with Financial Technicians for funding items for all reimbursable support agreements. Prepare and analyze accounting data and reports Reviewing travel orders, tracking and liaising with upper echelon for support agreement approval Provide excellent customer service via in-person, by phone, and written communication
