The Role We are looking for a responsible Timekeeping Team Member. The role will include all supportive clerical duties for the Payroll and HR Departments. The person in this role must possess excellent communication, precise attention to detail, math, and computer skills.

Requirements

Minimum one year office experience
Strong computer background
Proficient in Excel
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School degree; additional qualification in relation to Human Resources

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in similar industry a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare reports and spreadsheets as required for preparation of payroll.
Prepare and maintain regular attendance calendars.
Accurately maintain time and attendance records and spreadsheets for compliance with established standards.
Communicate regularly with Human Resources about employees times.
