Prospective hires can be based in the United States and have access to a regional airport. Halliwell is looking to grow our Time Element and Delay Analysis (TEDA) Team! We are looking for driven, problem-solving individuals with experience in construction management, construction scheduling, delay analysis, claims evaluation, and technical report writing.

Requirements

  • A minimum BS degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering or an applicable construction-related field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the construction and insurance claim industries
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling software (i.e., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational, and project management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Xactimate (valued), RS Means
  • Ideal candidate will have previous litigation support experience (i.e., deposition, testimony)

  • A passion for problem-solving, including in-depth analysis of construction project documentation, schedules, and delay claim information
  • Expert report writing on timeline and delay analysis performed
  • A collaborative and adaptable communicator, including excellent presentation skills
  • Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Travel required for local, regional, and national business client assignments
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team of consultants as part of investigations
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through projects and team-related activities within the region
  • Receive mentoring from senior staff and provide mentorship to junior staff members
