About The Position

We are seeking a Time & Attendance Implementation & Sales Engineer to support the successful setup, configuration, and ongoing operation of Time & Attendance and accrual systems within our payroll service bureau. This role blends technical implementation expertise with solution‑oriented sales support, ensuring both new and existing clients experience a smooth and informed journey from pre‑sale to post‑go‑live. In this position, you will lead the execution of Time & Attendance setups, manage ongoing configuration updates, and serve as the primary internal resource for all system changes and enhancements. You will work closely with Implementation, Support, and Sales to provide clear, accurate, and current Time & Attendance guidance. Your work will help accelerate onboarding timelines and improve the quality and consistency of client training. A key part of this role is staying fully informed about updates to Time & Attendance functionality, accrual rules, system releases, and best practices. You will translate these updates into practical recommendations for internal teams, adjust training content as needed, and collaborate with leadership to strengthen workflows and align processes with the most current system capabilities. Through this expertise, you will also support Sales by assisting with demonstration environments, answering technical questions, and helping ensure that expectations set during the sales process match the realities of delivery. You will deliver Time & Attendance training to clients across multiple payroll cycles, providing consistent guidance and hands‑on support as they learn the system. Throughout the client lifecycle, you will be a trusted resource for questions related to time rules, accruals, configuration adjustments, and user workflows. Your ability to communicate clearly and confidently will help clients feel supported and prepared as they adopt new processes. Internally, you will partner regularly with leadership to ensure alignment on standards, system behaviors, and recommended practices. You will help identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, streamline implementation steps, and enhance the overall client experience. In addition to the professional impact this role offers, you will be joining a company that values a positive, collaborative, and people‑centered culture. We believe in supporting each other, celebrating wins, solving problems together, and creating an environment where employees feel valued and empowered to grow. Our team thrives on respect, positivity, resourcefulness, results and a shared commitment to delivering exceptional service. We also offer a generous and competitive benefits package designed to support your overall well-being. From comprehensive health coverage and retirement contributions to paid time off and additional employee perks, we are committed to providing benefits that reflect how much we value our team. This is an opportunity to do meaningful work in a company that invests in its people and creates a supportive, energized environment where you can thrive.
