About The Position

This position requires an excellent understanding of computer systems, preferably payroll and/or time and attendance systems, as well as experience working with union contracts and non-union work agreements. The Contract Analysts are the liaison between the Customer Support Team and the System Test Coordinators. This position requires Contract Analysts to be a part of a Sunday schedule rotation.
