About The Position

Join our dynamic team as we seek a meticulous individual to take charge of entering team member data into our Time and Attendance system. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our records. Responsibilities include not only data entry but also meticulous verification and coding of information. You'll be the detective, researching and resolving any discrepancies by liaising directly with various departments, supervisors, and managers within Tyson. Organization is key as you print and file pertinent reports, ensuring all documentation is securely stored. Flexibility is a must, as you'll be expected to cross-train in various office functions to provide coverage during vacations and sick leaves. This position requires independent judgment to prioritize tasks, evaluate results, and execute duties effectively with minimal supervision. A solid foundation in basic mathematics, grammar, and office procedures is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. But it's not just about numbers and spreadsheets – excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization. Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience and Skills: 3+ months office experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills: Generating simple spreadsheets; Microsoft Office programs, SAP
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Schedule: 8:00AM - 4:30PM Mon-Friday, Saturdays as scheduled.
  • A resume must be submitted with application to be eligible for consideration
  • Internal hourly disqualifiers • 6 attendance points • Any suspension on record in the last 12 months
