About The Position

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years developing and executing systems tests, preferably in an HR or Payroll environment
  • Advanced system testing knowledge in HR or Payroll information systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain the more complex contract administration parameters for all collective bargaining agreements and non-union work agreements for the enterprise.
  • Develop scope of project plans and development test plans
  • Coordinate with in-house and/or off shore teams to communicate programming needs
  • Oversee and/or conduct unit and regression testing.
  • Record and track defects discovered during test execution.
  • Utilize The Kroger Change Management processes to document test case results and system changes.
  • Special projects related to Time & Attendance system.
