Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tile Foreman or Lead Tile Setter
• Strong commercial tile background (layout, prep, waterproofing, finish work)
• Natural leader with high standards and accountability
• Respected on the jobsite by crews and leadership
• Someone who leads from the front and takes ownership

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tile crews on commercial projects
• Set layout, sequencing, and quality expectations
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers
• Train and mentor installers and developing leads
• Enforce safety, productivity, and jobsite standards
• Take ownership of schedule, quality, and execution
