About The Position

Tile Clerk JOB SUMMARY:Assists management with administrative support and with daily tasks which relate to tile orders such as scheduling, billing, order status, and paperwork. In addition, performs clerical duties as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of a branch office. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Receive and file tile paperwork2. Help answer phones3. Receive purchase orders, maintain PO log, and file PO’s4. Perform other duties as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Well organized person with strong administrative and good interpersonal skills. Ability to handle many administrative duties. Ability to work in pressurized, time sensitive environment with flexibility to work overtime if required. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalentA minimum of two (2) years’ experience in general office practices Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Previous experience processing paperwork an asset.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitaskPossess fast and accurate computer skills.Be able to organize and prioritize workloads.Be a team player. Requirements
