About The Position

Jack Laurie Group is hiring experienced Tile Setters who take pride in their work.
We are not looking for basic installers. We are looking for professionals who understand layout, prep, and finish—and care about the final product.
If you rush installs or cut corners, this is not the role.
If you’re a true craftsman, you’ll do well here. If not, this won’t be a fit.

Requirements

• Strong tile installation experience (commercial preferred)
• Understanding of layout, spacing, and finish work
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality
• Pride in craftsmanship

Nice To Haves

• Large format tile experience
• Substrate prep and leveling knowledge
• Experience with detailed or patterned installs

Responsibilities

• Install ceramic, porcelain, and specialty tile
• Floor and wall applications in commercial settings
• Layout, cuts, and detailed finishing work
• Working on jobs where quality matters—not just speed
