About The Position

Bubble is building the future of mass skincare through community, clinical credibility, and culture. TikTok Shop is a critical next growth engine for us, and we are hiring a manager to own, build, and scale TikTok Shop as a true revenue channel. This is a sales-led role. It is not a content-only or community-only position. You will own TikTok Shop GMV end-to-end, turning creators into sellers, content into conversion, and TikTok into one of Bubble’s most meaningful ecommerce growth drivers. This role sits within Ecommerce and is accountable for performance, forecasting, and repeatable scale. We are looking for someone who has already proven they can make TikTok Shop work at volume and wants to do it bigger, faster, and better.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in ecommerce, social commerce, or performance-driven growth roles
  • Direct, hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop revenue (non-negotiable)
  • Proven track record owning sales numbers, not just content or community
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop seller tools, affiliates, lives, and analytics
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort with accountability
  • Thrives in fast-paced, in-office, high-ownership environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer brands is a plus
