We’re looking for a strong Tier 2 technician who enjoys digging into problems and figuring out how things actually work. This is an in-office role for someone who likes being around other engineers, collaborating on tricky issues, and learning from teammates. If you enjoy solving problems, sharing knowledge, and continuing to level up technically, this is a great place to do it. You’ll handle support tickets that require deeper troubleshooting than basic help desk requests, working directly with users while also collaborating with other engineers when things get more complex. Over time, there’s plenty of opportunity to grow into more advanced engineering work and senior-level responsibilities.
