About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tier 1 Helpdesk Associate to join our team at Dove Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment. Some IT knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and provide professional support
  • Set up and update support tickets accurately
  • Perform minor troubleshooting of hardware issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Make sound and quick decisions while assisting customers
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
