Responsibilities Work with Ticketing Director and Manager in creation of discount offers, group sales programming, pricing changes and other event management items. Assist with creation and maintenance of Broadway Direct digital lotteries. Work on reporting, larger scale data project and data aggregation. Manager and monitor promotions, offers, and customer communication language. Assist with ticketing-related customer service issues. Coordinate department schedules and meetings. Organize and maintain file database. Assist with other administrative and team tasks as necessary. Qualities Excellent and creative written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Mac proficiency preferred. Acute attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage several projects at once is required. Proficiency in working independently and self-starting within the context of a collaborative team. Passion for Broadway and live events marketing.
