About The Position

Greet visitors with a courteous and friendly attitude. Scan barcode on tickets using electronic scanner. Ensure patrons have valid tickets to enter. Stamp hands of exiting visitors for same day reentry. Enforce ticket rules posted at gate. Assist security by being aware and reporting any suspicious or potentially illegal activity or situations. Provide and wear the required uniform for every shift. Assist in other departments as needed. Other duties as assigned. Be friendly and professional. Calmly and efficiently handle multiple tasks with flexibility as the specific instructions of the job may change from time to time. Effectively communicate with others in a clear, business-like, respectful and personable manner focused on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative environment. Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming (i.e., clean, wrinkle free clothing, proper uniform/attire, close attention to personal hygiene). Meet the company standard for excellent attendance, job reliability, diligence and dedication. Speak and read in English. Extended hours, nights and weekends may be required during peak periods. Perform assigned tasks throughout various indoor and outdoor locations within and around the property and in potentially inclement/severe weather conditions. Some tasks may require lifting, carrying and putting away items weighing up to 15 lbs. Prolonged physical exertions may be required including walking, standing, sitting, seeing, hearing, reaching and grasping. Reasonable accommodation may be provided when requested by a qualified applicant or an employee unless such an accommodation would cause undue hardship for the company.
