THE ROLE Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for the Usher/Ticket Taker for ASM Jacksonville. Responsible for patron entrance, seating, and guest services during all events of the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts and Ritz Theatre and Museum.

Requirements

• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must have attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
• Must have access to internet by computer or smart phone to access monthly schedule.

Nice To Haves

• One-year prior experience in customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Require each person entering the facility have a valid ticket or credentials.
• Examine patron’s ticket for accuracy of date, proper facility and show time.
• Maintain position on post, taking tickets at a pace to keep patrons steadily moving into the facility.
• Utilize scanning equipment to process patron tickets and count ticket stubs received as necessary.
• Direct patrons to their assigned seating area.
• Provide assistance with emergency procedures as necessary.
• Other duties may be assigned.
