About The Position

Under the direction of the Director, Stadium Operations, the ticket taker is responsible to scan tickets and answer questions in accordance with Company’s customer service standards and applicable operational standards. This is a part-time, seasonal position (Game Day only) that requires days, nights, weekends and some holidays. Must be 16 years of age or older.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sporting event venues is a plus.
  • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s customer service standards.
  • Good communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Capable of following job guidelines and supervisors' instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and acknowledges guests.
  • Scans guest’s tickets at main or picnic gates.
  • Directs guests to ticket office to resolve any ticket issues.
  • Must be able to stand for duration of the game.
  • Ability to stay calm and assist guests in case of emergency; medical situation, evacuation, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
