Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK. Reports to: Guest Relations Supervisor Primary Purpose: Collect money, passes, coupons or tickets for admission to the Park.

Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred or attending high school.
  • 1-2 years prior experience handling money.
  • Customer service experience — retail skills and phone skills.
  • Cash accountability.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Cash handling and accurate math skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in difficuft circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
  • Account for turnstile attendance, receipts, passes, coupons or tickets.
  • Accurately account for cash.
  • Neatly and accurately complete admission clerk till sheets.
  • Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Park promotions and events.
  • Assist with Club and other Park promotions.
  • Assist other department personnel as assigned.
  • Keep work area clean, neat and maintained.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
