The Ticket Office Assistant will support the athletic ticket office in delivering exceptional service to patrons throughout the ticket purchase and fulfillment process. This role is responsible for assisting with daily ticket office operations, including answering inbound phone calls, responding to inquiries through the ticket office email inbox, and providing general customer service support. The Ticket Office Assistant will also serve as the primary ticket operations contact for multiple Olympic sports, overseeing ticketing needs and game-day preparation with guidance and support from full-time staff. In this capacity, the position will help coordinate ticket distribution, troubleshoot patron issues, and ensure a smooth ticketing experience for each event. This role works collaboratively with departments across University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Athletics, including marketing, event management, sports administration, and The Rams Club, to help provide the best possible gameday and ticketing experience for our fans and supporters.
