Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record, licensed for a minimum of one year.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically capable: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, including a backpack sprayer, for extended periods; extensive walking; ability to climb ladders when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide applicator’s license (paid training and certification provided).
• Ability to work independently while adhering to company procedures and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Evolve, Paylocity, and other mobile technology used for reporting and scheduling.
• Strong team player with a commitment to promoting company values.
• Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior pest control treatments at residential properties.
• Identify and treat pest habitats while following state and company safety regulations.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and answer any questions.
• Maintain equipment and keep accurate service records.
