About The Position

Provide excellent service to guests in deli-style food and beverage venue to include ready-to-eat food options, snacks, quick-prep food, ready-to-serve beverages, specialty made-to-order beverages.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, write fluently in English.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and present a professional and personable demeanor.
• Must be able to maintain composure in fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Required to have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications.
• Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take food/drink orders, prepare and deliver orders to CCCH specifications and standards.
• Operate all food and drink equipment correctly and safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of venue including tables, chairs, floors, counters, and food preparation areas.
• Maintain appropriate inventory items (paper, plastic, food, ice, condiments, etc.).
• Adhere to all food, alcohol, health, safety, and CCCH policies and procedures.
• Process accurate payment transactions, issue correct change, maintain accurate records.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
