In physical security management at PwC, you will focus on confirming the safety and protection of people, assets, and information through the implementation and management of physical security measures. You will utilise risk assessments, security system design, and emergency response planning in your work. The Opportunity As part of the Threat Management and Investigations team, you will manage the cases as part of the Threat Management and Investigations program. The role is pivotal in assessing the safety and security of our employees aligning with our broader Security Risk Management initiative within the Firm Security team. As a Senior Manager, you will lead efforts to assess, mitigate, and manage investigations and behavioral risks, providing innovative solutions and maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 6 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Promote operational excellence through disciplined project management, effective stakeholder engagement, and clear client interaction
  • Manage internal security investigations into, threats and insider risk in coordination with HR, Legal, Ethics and Compliance
  • Conduct behavioral threat assessments using structured frameworks; develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation and management plans
  • Facilitate a cross-functional Threat Assessment Team, including case triage, documentation standards, and escalation protocols
  • Develop and maintain case management workflows, evidence handling, and reporting processes that align with legal, privacy, and labor requirements
  • Implement insider risk detection and response processes, balancing investigative rigor with employee privacy and due process
  • Monitor and analyze internal security indicators and external trends (e.g., workplace violence, doxxing, swatting) to inform policy and posture
  • Create and refine policies, SOPs, and training for reporting concerns, de-escalation, and manager/employee response to concerning behaviors
  • Define and track KPIs and metrics for investigations and threat management; deliver concise leadership briefings and lessons learned
  • Implement strategic initiatives aligned with client needs and industry best practices; drive continuous improvement and team performance
  • Mentor and develop team members to strengthen investigative, assessment, and stakeholder communication capabilities
  • Maintain trusted client relationships and provide consultative guidance on security governance and risk decisions
