Third Shift Stock Manager
About The Position
Lots of things happen behind the scenes at DLM to create a beautiful store ready for business. We have associates working around the clock – stocking shelves, replenishing fruits and veggies, cooking, baking, and cleaning. We are looking for a reliable and experienced leader to manage our overnight stock crew and look out for the store’s wellbeing overnight. The Third Shift Stock Manager is responsible for managing the overnight work needed to create a beautiful store that is ready for business. Applicants should be able to effectively communicate, delegate, and prioritize tasks. Prior experience in stocking is required, and management experience is a plus. Requirements

- Strong communication and organization skills

- Strong phone etiquette and computer skills
- Previous stock and leadership experience
- Thorough understanding of safety requirements including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety
- 18 years old or older
- Holiday and weekend schedule availability
- A willingness to work a variety of shifts
- Standing for long periods of time
- Ability to use the electric jack and other power equipment
- Ability to work in cold environments
- Lifting up to 60 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the evening store operations and associate safety
- Lead, train, and develop the third shift stock crew
- Effectively communicate with associates, vendors, and store management
- Order, manage, and rotate inventory
- Piece count truck deliveries
- Stock, face, and delegate tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
