Job Description As a Third-Party Monitoring Specialist, you will have oversight of the completion of ongoing monitoring activities performed by the business to ensure any changes or risk are being managed. This role includes ensuring activities are completed on time and accurately. You will also lead meetings with third parties and business lines to monitor the third parties performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met and ensuring awareness of any changes to services provided.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically more than five years of applicable experience

  • Experience supporting or working within a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program
  • Solid knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Audit principles
  • Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and financial services risk frameworks
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Ability to interpret data and trends
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and present information clearly
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Process oriented with strong oversight skills
  • Ability to manage multiple items simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Archer, Agiloft and related TPRM tools

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Business Line ongoing monitoring activities to ensure they are completed timely or escalated as needed.
  • Review alerts and reports for potential issues.
  • Work with teams to investigate and resolve concerns.
  • Facilitate meetings with business partners and third parties to monitor the relationship and report on performance.
  • Partner with Risk peers to ensure any third party changes are risk assessed.
  • Oversee completion of ongoing monitoring attestations in the TPRM system of record.
