MAJOR FUNCTION: Assures the correct processing of billings, disbursements and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or current student.
- 2 years of billing experience.
- PC literate with proficiency in MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat PDF.
Responsibilities
- Perform Preliminary & Final billing to HRA for 819 Residential programs
- Post payments from HRA and allocate by program report unit
- Keep track HRA Overpayment & Underpayment on the monthly basis
- Reconcile Census data against STARS
- Providing Room and Board Breakdowns for OASAS HRA Residential Facilities
- Prepare billing and review collection of Working/Self Pay Client Fees
- All other projects related to the department as needed
