Our ~15,000 employees create world-class solutions in communications, 5G, automotive, energy, quantum, aerospace, defense, and semiconductor markets for customers in over 100 countries. Learn more about what we do. Our award-winning culture embraces a bold vision of where technology can take us and a passion for tackling challenging problems with industry-first solutions. We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers. Join us in beautiful Sonoma County amongst vineyards, redwood forests, rivers, lakes and coastline while working on passive thin film devices that enable competitive differentiation of Keysight’s industry-leading RF, microwave, and high bit rate instruments. Thin Film Process Engineers develop and sustain micro-fabrication technologies for Keysight’s portfolio of passive RF devices including transmission lines, filters, resistors, capacitors, inductors, and resistive networks. Thin Film Process Engineers typically begin by specializing in a core process area such as lithography, electroplating, dry etch, wet etch, deposition, electrical test, laser ablation, or saw separation. While working on hands-on projects in your core process area, you will learn how thin film products are built and how different fabrication processes are integrated. As your expertise grows, you will collaborate more broadly with designers, planners, and external suppliers to support Keysight’s entire thin film supply chain. You will join a dynamic team that develops, fabricates and tests advanced thin film circuits.
