About The Position
Location: Twin Lakes, WI Company: Allied Plastics Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift 6PM to 6AM (Rotating 2-2-3 schedule) About Allied Plastics At Allied Plastics, we don’t just make products — we shape innovation one sheet at a time. We’re proud to be leaders in Sheet Extrusion, and we’re looking for a motivated Night Supervisor to keep our operations running smoothly, safely, and with a healthy dose of humor. What You’ll Do As our Night Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader for our Sheet Extrusion team during the night shift. You’ll keep production on track, uphold safety standards, and ensure our output meets (and exceeds) monthly goals — all while creating a positive, energized atmosphere for your crew. When challenges arise — whether it’s a process issue or a late-night staffing snag — you’ll be the calm, capable Night Supervisor who finds a solution and keeps production rolling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of manufacturing supervision experience
- Experience in Sheet Extrusion or similar production environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret production documents, safety rules, and ISO procedures

Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the Sheet Extrusion team to meet production targets
- Enforce safety procedures and 5S standards
- Maintain organized, efficient, and safe work areas
- Schedule, train, and support employees to achieve their best
- Review production needs, staffing, and material requirements
- Approve time cards, PTO, and manage shift paperwork
- Step in when the Extrusion Manager is away to schedule and create jobs
- Troubleshoot Sheet Extrusion issues and keep communication flowing across shifts
- Promote Lean / Six Sigma principles and continuous improvement
