As services grow and expand, supervisor will work closely with center manager to develop new programs, enhance current programs and improve processes within departments. Qualifications Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Abilities (including licensure, certification and other job-related credentials) Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech required. Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. (For Speech discipline: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association required.) A minimum of five years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred. Certified BLS completion required; for new hires, see CPR Requirement Guidelines for New Hires.
