About The Position

The Therapy Coordinator Regional Administrator is responsible for tracking and resolving all patient cases assigned to Therapy Coordinators within assigned regions. This role ensures timely case acceptance, accurate documentation, and appropriate scheduling of patient visits. The Regional Administrator collaborates with internal teams to support order completion, maintain compliance, and provide guidance on home visit protocols and equipment. This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday hours.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
  • Minimum 6 months of healthcare-related experience and/or training; medical device experience a plus
  • Customer relationship and product education/training experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to quickly learn scheduling, travel, and documentation systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet role expectations
  • Ability to analyze information, identify problems, and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with unscheduled interruptions

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Monitor processes to ensure timely acceptance of patient cases by Therapy Coordinators
  • Ensure all necessary medical documentation is received accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with assigning and reassigning patient cases as needed
  • Review patient cases and follow up on outstanding or unscheduled cases
  • Verify Therapy Coordinator work hours and patient visit activity
  • Provide approval for off-cycle patient home visits on a case-by-case basis
  • Assist with training and education related to home visit protocols and equipment
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to support order completion and documentation accuracy
  • Identify, escalate, and communicate patient questions, concerns, or needs to the Patient Relations team
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and company policies
  • Travel as needed to support regional and operational needs
  • Support and participate in company-wide initiatives and training programs
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, departments, and leadership
  • Uphold company Mission, Vision, and Values in all interactions and responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
