About The Position

TEAM 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a leading pediatric therapy provider on the west side of the Phoenix valley, with 4 current clinics offering PT, OT, ABA, feeding, Myo and Speech therapy. The company is growing and planning for the expansion to its 5th clinic space. This job helps to assist therapists with preparation for groups, participating in group classes, and ensuring clinic cleanliness. It is a wonderful opportunity for any high school or college student looking to gain experience within the pediatric therapy world to help create and grow future PT's, OT, SLP's and BCBA's. The mission is to help every child reach their greatest potential, providing a fun and rewarding environment for staff. This is a very fast-paced position that requires a detail-oriented person who thinks two steps ahead.

Requirements

• Love kids
• Are reliable
• Have strong communication skills
• Learn quickly
• Are able to stay on task with many distractions
• Have initiative
• Proficient with technology
• Don't do drugs (we do test)
• Don't smoke (including Vaping) or live with someone who smokes
• Available to work between the hours of 12-7 Monday-Friday
