About The Position

BSW Rehab in Dallas Carroll Avenue is seeking a PRN outpatient sports and orthopedic rehab aide to join our dynamic therapy team of sports and orthopedic physical therapists. Duties include infection control cleaning, laundry, light equipment maintenance, assistance to clinicians for direct patient care as needed, assistance to front desk for light clerical tasks and other duties as assigned. Candidate must be energetic, able to multi-task, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to a positive team. Previous tech experience preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Candidate must be hard working, thrive in a fast-paced environment, friendly, energetic, able to multi-task, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to a positive team
• BLS Certification or completion within 90 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Previous tech experience preferred but not required.
• One or more years of hospital experience as therapy aide preferred.

Responsibilities

• assistance to clinicians for direct patient care (transferring, toileting)
• infection control cleaning

• driving routes to transport patients to and from clinic
• assistance to front desk for light clerical tasks
• setting up patients on therapeutic activities
• facilitating exercise groups
