Nexus Family Healing is excited to add a part time hybrid Therapist for its new 180 Degrees partnership! This is a hybrid, shelter-based position based at the St. Cloud Youth Shelter with some work remotely at home. Located near McKinley Park, 180 Degrees St. Cloud Youth Shelter is the only 24-hour emergency shelter for youth under 19 in a large, 13-county region of Central Minnesota. Why This Work Matters: 180 Degrees' shelters support youth ages 12–19 who are navigating trauma, crisis, and major life transitions. Stays are brief — often just 14–30 days — but the impact can be life-changing. We’re looking for clinicians who bring creativity, compassion, and a willingness to meet youth where they’re at. This is a powerful opportunity to be part of a passionate team, work outside traditional settings, and make a direct difference in young lives when it matters most. At Nexus Family Healing, we embrace diversity, promote equity, and foster inclusion. As a national mental health organization, we serve a diverse group of youth and families, and we strive for our workforce to support and represent that diversity. Position Summary: The Community-Based Therapist provides mental health therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in homes, community settings, via telehealth, and at Nexus Family Healing offices. Using a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, the therapist delivers individualized care through evidence-based models like EMDR, DBT, TFCBT, and Systemic Family Therapy.
