Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a passionate and skilled Therapist to support the patients at our Halfway House in Beaver Falls. This position allows you to bring compassion, innovation, and expertise to individuals on their journey to recovery. This position is 5 days per week. Your Role in Transforming Recovery Utilizes and promotes trauma-informed treatment through the provision of evidence-based practices. Participates in developing the patient’s treatment plan and outcomes in cooperation with the treatment team. Provides direct therapeutic services consisting of individual, group, and/or family therapy dependent on the patient's needs. Makes ongoing assessments regarding the patient’s progress in treatment and revises the treatment plan according to patient needs. Completes clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Establishes and maintains contact and relationships with referral sources related to patient caseload. Plans for continuing care of patient and making appropriate referrals. Monitors and completes insurance authorizations for patient caseload. Provides referrals for additional care or services when required Participates in regular supervision with the manager and seeks out additional supervision as needed. Completes mandatory orientation and annual training programs; completes applicable attendance documentation.
