Title: Therapist Reports to: Executive Director Department/Location: 100% Onsite at 2825 Colby Ave, Ste 305, Everett, WA, 98201 FLSA Status: Exempt Position is Fulltime (40 hrs. per week) Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm PST at the Everett, Washington Guidelight Location. Position is working with the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP/IOP) population. Open considering Part Time candidates. Seeking associate licensed therapists with 1 year of experience postgraduate or independently licensed therapists in the state of Washington (LMHCA, LMCH, LSWAIC, LICSW, LMFT) Role Summary: Therapists are responsible for providing high-quality care and therapeutic services to individuals dealing with various behavioral issues. The therapist will facilitate 1:1 and group therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective behavioral health interventions.

Requirements

  • A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Valid Washington state therapy licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA, LMCH, LSWAIC, LICSW, LMFT)
  • Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
  • Experience providing group therapy and willingness to follow a curriculum
  • Ability to manage clients in a group setting via in person and virtual platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health and behavioral issues.
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and laws.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and developments in behavioral therapy and mental health.
