Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work , Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Hold provisional licensure with the board of professional registration for your practicing state (e.g., PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT).
  • Willingness to obtain full licensure and fulfill required clinical supervision hours, including passing a licensing exam.
  • Comfortable providing telehealth services to individuals we serve (training will be provided).
  • Successful completion of a background check, including criminal records and driving records.
  • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance .
  • Must complete all mandatory training in accordance with state regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of program policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling in diverse settings under your professional and ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within state regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Document diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans demonstrating a collaborative approach with your clients.
  • Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, offering feedback on pertinent cases.
  • Ensure timely documentation of services, adhering to applicable standards and best practices.
  • Assist clients through transition processes and complete final correspondences such as summaries and letters.
  • Handle crisis situations effectively and participate in or coordinate emergency services as needed.
  • Represent the agency professionally within the community, maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and clients.
