Requirements

Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Sciences from an accredited institution.
Fully TX licensed as LCSW, LPC, and/or LMFT.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychotherapy.
Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish REQUIRED to enhance client communication.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to patients with diverse behavioral health needs.
Utilize a broad spectrum of psychotherapeutic modalities to tailor individualized therapy plans.
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, and families.
Collaborate with non-physician providers to enhance psychiatric treatment interventions.
Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring timely and accurate records.
Regularly reassess patients to refine and update treatment plans, with a focus on childhood disorders.
Participate actively in community-focused initiatives to support patients' overall well-being.
