We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) to join our team! We have positions available at individual locations and some where you would float to different locations. Job Opening Locations Include: Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Columbia Heights, Blaine, Buffalo, Maple Plain, Cold Spring, Willmar, Milaca, Princeton, Fargo (ND), Des Moines (IA) Wage Range: $23 - $65 / hour depending on what therapy position and experience We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) and most of our positions offer a bonus or tuition reimbursement! Requirements

  • Current licensure for MN, ND or IA
  • Passion for working with individuals with diverse therapy needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality therapy services to enhance residents' mobility, independence and overall well-being
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (Assist with this for PTAs & COTAs)
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance and regulations
